- Do you allow cats and dogs?
 - Yes. Cats and dogs are allowed at Woodfield Terrace. Only cats are allowed at Bingham/Court.
- Are
there any restrictions?
- Yes. Cats and dogs must be at least one year old and they must be spayed or neutered.
Dogs must be no larger than 45 lbs. We do not allow Pit Bulls or Rottweillers - even if they meet the other requirements.
- What
kind of paperwork do I need?
- Paperwork from your vet or the humane society where you acquired the animal is
required. These papers must state the animal's age, weight, and that it has been spayed or neutered. We also need paperwork
stating that all shots are up to date.
- Are there any additional costS for having a pet?
- Yes. For
one pet, at move-in you will be charged a non-refundable fee of $200. You will also be charged a monthly pet rent of $25.
- What
else should I know?
- You will be required to sign a pet agreement and abide by the policies laid out in it. Should
you not abide by the agreement, you may be asked to remove the animal from the premises. Removal of a pet does not negate
the Lease Agreement for your apartment.
