Fall and Spring Term Combined - $2480 / Student / Lease Period
(equivalent to $310/month) **Save $$
Fall Term or Spring Term Only - $1315 / Student / Term
Summer - $600 Per Month / 4 person maximum
Multiple payment options available-including monthly

Security Deposit for Terms is $400 per student and the Cleaning Fee is $100 per student.

Security Deposit for Summer is $500 per unit and the Cleaning Fee is $200 per unit.

NO PETS ALLOWED

Utilities

We supply water, trash removal, lawn care, snow removal, and internet. Tenants are responsible for electric, phone, and cable. (Heat is electric baseboard.)
All apartments have cable and phone jacks throughout.
A laundry facility is located at the south end of the building for use by all occupants of the complex.
