According to a recent survey conducted in the Midwest, nearly 75% of renters would prefer to live in smoke-free apartments, and 75% of Michigan renters do not smoke.

     After surveying our tenants and evaluating the possibilities, we are happy to announce that we have taken two of buildings at Woodfield Terrace and the building located on Bingham Smoke-Free. All new tenants coming into these buildings will not be allowed to smoke in the units, on the patios, or within 25 feet of the building. Though there a couple of current tenants who are grandfathered in at this point and will be allowed to continue to smoke inside their units, they are also not allowed to smoke on their patios or within 25 feet of the building.

     We view this as a very positive step forward for healthy living.
