Once your application is approved - moving in is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3. |

Paying your security deposit will hold the unit until you move-in. Set your move-in date with our management team. |

Set an appointment to come to our office and complete the paperwork before your move-in date.
Moving from out-of-town? We can take care of the paperwork via e-mail and fax. Contact our team for more information.
On moving day, stop at the office, pay your rent and any other applicable charges*, and pick up your keys.
Finish any last minute paperwork, and move in to your new home. *Move-in fees include the month's rent
(this may be prorated depending on the move-in date), a Carpet Cleaning Fee of $100 for a one bedroom and $125 for a two bedroom,
and the Security Deposit.
