We pay for water, trash removal, lawn care, and snow removal. Tenants
are responsible for electric, phone, cable, and internet. (Hillside rentals include internet) All apartments
have cable and phone jacks throughout. All locations have a laundry facility available for any tenants that don't
have a washer/dryer. The majority of our units do have hook-ups. |
